We will be conducting a workshop here at ALL SAINTS Protecting God's Children - English/Spanish - August 2, 2014 at 9:00am. Remember before you can volunteer or volunteer in any ministry or teach CCE Classes and work around children, it is highly recommended for you to attend. Please attend class you haven't yet. Together in 2013, $2.2 million was given in rent and utility assistance, giving peace of mind to those in need in our community.

In an effort to be more welcoming and children friendly our children are invited and encouraged to bring their offertory gift and put it into the large basket provided for them in front of the altar. They can do this when the regular offertory collection is being taken in the main church. This enables them to participate more fully in the liturgy. If, in the beginning, they are hesitant to go up by themselves, a parent can surely accompany them to help them get used to the practice. Good training for our children today will make for strong, committed adult parishioners tomorrow.

My how time flies ! It is hard to believe that as of July 1st, I have been pastor here at All Saints for 15 years. Yes, I arrived on July 1, 1999, the year before the great jubilee year of 2000. It is the longest time for being a pastor at all of the parish where I have served. The parish has changed in many, many ways. The staff, Pastoral Council, Finance Council and I have tried to "read the signs of the times" and move forward with our changing community....
