Fr. Elias and All Saints are excited to hold our 2025 Ministry Fair with parishioners after all Masses on March 1 and 2. In order to make this event successful, we need your help in reading the following points below and completing a registration form. This will help us keep track of ministries attending. Please register by Friday 2/21/25.
Q. What is a ministry fair? A. A ministry fair is an event that introduces parishioners to the various ministries and services of their church. It's a chance for parishioners to learn how they can use their gifts to serve the community.
Q. What do I need to prepare and do for the fair? A. Ministry leaders and active minsters will prepare a table representing their ministry. A ministry volunteer should be present to share information with parishioners with a goal recruiting new members.
Q. Will tables be provided? A. One table per ministry will be provided. You will need to register below to secure a table
Q. When will tables be set up in the parish hall for me to decorate? A. The Friday prior to the event on February 28.
Q. Can we have a different ministry representative after each Mass? A. Yes, you may alternate representatives.
Q. When is the ministry held? A. Saturday March 1 after 5:30 p.m. Mass and March 2 after all Masses.
Q. When can I begin decorating my table? A. As soon as the tables are made available in the parish hall on Friday, February 28.
Q. Will All Saints provide food and refreshments? A. No, All Saints will not provide food or refreshments. Ministries may do so on their own.
Q. Do I need to decorate my own table or create a sign for my ministry? A. Yes, ministries are responsible for decorating their own tables and provide hand out information to interested parishioners.
Q. Will a registration form be available for interested parishioners? A. Yes, All Saints will create a simple form of interest for each ministry.
