Welcome to All Saints Second Family Ministry! Ours is a collaborative ministry of love, hope and compassion as founded by Interfaith CarePartners, and provides practical support to "Care Partners" in need living within our community. The Care Partners we serve represent our society's special populations, many of whom go largely unrecognized. They are primary caregivers and/or individuals of all ages who are living with chronic illnesses, physical and/or cognitive impairments, aging adults who are less able to be fully independent and self sufficient, and even those living with Alzheimer's or Dementia.
Our ministry is an ever-growing "Care Team" made up of parishioners organized into "Care Circles" based around the specific needs of our Care Partners. We help with errands, shopping, transportation, meal preparation and/or delivery, friendly visits and even primary caregiver respite care.
We thank you so much for visiting and learning a little more about our ministry. Please continue to review the information we've provided for you here, and then visit us online and experience a little of what it means to be Second Family. It is our hope to inspire you to join us and become a great steward of emotionally meaningful relationships.
"We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop." ~ Mother Teresa
