Vocations Ministry

The Vocation Ministry seeks to create an atmosphere where parishioners, especially youth, can hear and answer God’s call.  The Vocation Ministry will lovingly, prayerfully and frequently present the priesthood, religious life, and marriage as options to be discerned, and explain the discernment process.  With a focus on prayer, education and encouragement, the ministry will foster a vocation-friendly environment where the Holy Spirit can guide men and women to be open to responding to God’s call to offer their lives to him.

Join us every day in praying for a certain seminarian.
 O Lord Jesus Christ, great High Priest, lead our seminarians in Your unerring footsteps; so that they may become priests who are models of purity, possessors of wisdom and heroes of sacrifice. Teach them generosity and detachment from worldly goods; but above all, teach them to know You and to love You, the One and Only Eternal Priest.
